Last week, I finally convinced Tep to go to the Magical Festival Village here in Doha, Qatar. I’ve been seeing a lot of posts from my friends lately about having a great time visiting this European inspired place.
The Magical Festival Village is located at the Katara Beachfront, opposite the St. Regis Hotel. It started last January 7, 2017, and will run until April 30, 2017. There are a lot of activities that families and friends can enjoy such as shopping at the lovely colored boutiques; dining at cafes and restaurants; watching a musical theater show; trying some theme park rides; take pictures around the place; or you can just stroll and admire the beautiful set up of the village while enjoying the cold weather of Doha right now.
Opposite the Village, there’s another happening called the Halal Qatar Festival. I’m not sure until when it will run, but it features Qatari heritage as well as some of the products grown and raised in Qatar.
Tep and I had a wonderful time visiting this place. I made a short video about our visit. You can click here to check out and subscribe on my Youtube channel, or you can watch the video below.
